We believe it’s critical to select a local systems integrator. When systems are installed by out-of-state companies, service can be difficult to obtain when needed most. It’s important to select hardware and software that is openly sold and distributed to all integrators and end users. This gives the LPC the opportunity to hold the integrator liable for their work and if they are unable to perform, another integrator may easily take their place. We have seen many clients unhappy with system aspects, but because they are tied to proprietary systems, they can’t affordably make a change.
